Luca's philosophy focusses on freedom during the learning process. ''Of course practicing is important, there is no way around it! Unfortunately, this often happens under the pressure of the teacher.'' Luca's way, on the other hand, is based on a relaxed and individual approach to teaching. ''Firstly, we try finding a common language. After the music terminology and musical jargon have been clarified, I focus entirely on the student's wishes. Wheter the focal point will be technique, sound, general understanding of musical principles, groove or fingering is up to the student.'' He always directs his attention toward the individual learning process of the student and adapts exercises and tips accordingly. Generally, he ensures that the student learns by actively playing. ''With the musical context added, many exercises and techniques immediately make more sense''. He has been teaching various courses with a brought range of students since 2018.
